Nick and the Lighthouse team installed new light system, 27 lights total, for my home in June 2023. The project was on time and on budget, great job. In April 2024 the system developed a problem, and they immediately came out to fix it. Over a 2 day period they replaced the wiring, and bulbs, inspected the fixtures, transformer, etc. and it was still not operating properly. They then inspected the light fixture closest to my property line and discovered that it had been connected to my neighbor’s light system, overloading the transformer. They disconnected the other system and fixed the problem, it’s now working perfectly! Two days of labor, and despite it not being their systems failure, there was no charge for the repair. That's great service!! ~ T o

(Updated Review) - Russ e-mailed me, and apologized. Sounds like there was some turmoil in the company, and all is under control now. Russ and team fixed up all the lights, and even installed a couple new ones. Replaced all the burnt out lights, and proactively replaced the rest. The system is fantastic now, and all is working. Lighthouse has a new product line, and good looking lights. Fully recommend them now. Thanks Lighthouse for doing the right thing. (Initial Review) - Pretty disappointed in this company. The initial install was great. LED lights burned outwithin a couple weeks, and they replaced, but after that, the system starting not working, and they're unresponsive, and unhelpful. I wanted more lights installed, and they're not interested. Pretty bummed out on the whole system at this point as its not working. ~ Nick N

I am a homeowner in Central Park. I am very pleased with both the install and the quality & variety of lights in both the front and back yard of my home. First, lighting adds beauty to my home and to the fountain, trees, teak bench, and horse art pieces in my back yard. I love the lights hanging from the trees in my back yard...it is beautiful to have a tree lit up from top to bottom. I also love that the front of my house is now well lit. Secondly, for a safety issue it is much easier to see front steps and to walk in my back yard. Third, with my house being well lit, I am less of a target for criminals. My house is the best lit home on my block now. Criminals/porch pirates like houses that are in the dark so they can go unnoticed. I am 100% pleased with the lighting I received from Lighthouse and only wish I would have done it sooner! ~ Scott B

Nick and his team are the best! We recently moved to Colorado and after interviewing multiple businesses, Lighthouse was the clear choice. We had a very dark property with zero exterior appeal. Not to mention the safety issues of little to no exterior lighting. Now our home is the envy of the neighborhood. As we meet our new neighbors, the first thing the say is- “Wow! I previously purchased an outdoor lighting system from another company which before long offered lousy customer service then essentially went out of business. In need of repairs and upgrades, I reached out to Lighthouse. Skylar came out immediately. It was very obvious to me that he knew his stuff and offered quality products as well as excellent customer service, so I signed up. Installation was delayed due to winter weather/frozen ground, but as soon as conditions improved, the installation was completed without a hitch and without harmful effects on our landscaping. I originally called two highly rated landscape lighting companies when I was ready to do this project. Russ Bergeman, from Lighthouse Outdoor Lighting, returned my call that very day to set up an appointment, I heard from the other company about a week later. Russ came out within a few days to discuss the job with us and give us a quote and scheduled installation a few days after that. We couldn't be happier with his ideas! The lighting came out better than we had envisioned! Russ and his assistant, Skyler, were professional, prompt and very personable. I emailed, a week after the installation, to ask if two of the lights could be tweaked. Russ immediatley returned my call and responded, "We can definitely make any adjustments necessary...that's all part of the service!" Great product. Great price. Great service. Great guy! Two months ago I inquired online and via phone with 4 companies that purported to do outdoor lighting for a minor review and repairs to our landscape path lighting. Lighthouse Outdoor was the ONLY one that responded. They scheduled a site visit, provided a resoable estimate and were hired to do the work. Everyone at Lighthouse was professional and personable from Nick to Skyler. Skyler did the work, suggested and performed improvements, did non-estimate cleaning and polishing of fixutres, and reduced the bill by over $200 as he was able to complete the work in less than the time estimated. Nick and the team at Lighthouse Outdoor Lighting did an exceptional job with a total overhaul of our outdoor lighting. Everything from the design phase to installation was seamless. Great communication and quick installation. They worked through some tricky electrical issues from the old/existing system seamlessly. And when one part of the install didn’t look like we expected, they quickly changed it to match what we had hoped for. Most importantly, the lighting looks great! We had a wonderful experience working with Nick. Very creative and worked within our budget to create a beautiful lighting plan. Our home looks lovely and is much safer with the uplights, path lights and tree lights. People slow down when they drive by as Nick we very imaginative with lighting hard to reach areas and making it all work together. We had an issue that the lights were coming on at weird times. The lights were installed two years ago. Nick had a technician come out the same day as my call. The technician fixed the problem and did an annual maintenance which included cleaning lights, reposition of lights that were needed, prune grass around lights and replaced warranty parts.
